There are no exceptions to this policy under any circumstances. By submitting a tour request, you agree to adhere to our 48-hour cancellation policy, and it is understood that any cancellations made within this stipulated timeframe are considered final sales. Re-scheduling is not an option, and no refunds will be issued. Please be aware that certain tours are weather-dependent, and adverse weather conditions may impact their operation. Unfortunately, we have no control over Mother Nature. Any necessary changes will be promptly communicated to you. In cases where a tour operator cancels a scheduled tour due to safety concerns, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
