Following convenient pickup from your San Juan hotel, your driver will point out you on a brief scenic descriptive drive along the coast toward Cataño. Upon arrival at the “Cathedral of Rum,” head inside to get a closer look at high-tech fermentation vats and high-speed bottling equipment. Board a trolley for a quick ride to the Bacardi family museum for even more history of the product and its landmark developments. The tour ends in the lofty, bat-like pavilion, designed to emulate the company's logo. Here, you can try a tasting of fine rums from the Bacardi portfolio and learn how they're used in cocktails such as the classic Cuba Libre, daiquiri, and mojito.
